A note about Email Addresses
If you are using Windows 10, it is possible that clicking on the email addresses above will do nothing.
This is a "feature" of Windows 10 (it works consistently and correctly on Windows 8.1 and earlier) and appears to happen sporadically in Windows 10.
The workaround is to copy the required email address and paste it into your email program. Such is progress.
